Prospect Park East River Road neighborhood is located in the most southern part of Southeast Minneapolis. The neighborhood contains clear geographic boundaries with the University of Minnesota to the west, the Mississippi River to the south, the city boundary between Minneapolis and St. Paul to the east and the railroad tracks to the north.
